* Minimum Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or equivalent
* Has minimum 3 years experience in bakery. For Pastry & Cake Chef Manager: specializing in cakes, pastries, dessert and other baked goods. For Soft Bread Chef Manager: Specializing in Taiwanese or Japanese soft breads
* Able to deliver successful new products (cakes and pastries)
* Has creativity and artistic ability in recipe development
* Able to write product specifications, SOP and perform quality control
* Formal culinary training preferred
* Able to speak English
