Vacancy : ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER (Based in Jakarta, Indonesia)Responsibilities
* Conceptualize, implement and monitor brand strategy, marketing strategy and roll-out plan to meet business objectives.
* Establish marketing SOPs for Jakarta corporate office and regional branches, and work processes with Corporate Marketing.
* Recruit marketing personnel with the right capabilities and culture fit.
* Conduct quarterly competitive analysis.
* Conceptualize, execute and monitor through-the-line leads generation, existing clients retention and referral programs.
* Conceptualize, execute and monitor Channel Marketing initiatives with Area Managers, to increase brand presence and customer education.
* Develop Consumer and Channel marketing collateral and programs, in accordance with Brand and Marketing strategies.
* Optimization of CordLife Indonesia website.
* Work closely with internal and external customers to deliver business score card results.
* Efficient inventory management of marketing collateral for Jakarta corporate office and regional branches.
* Build up rapport and strengthen relationship with relevant media from local consumer and trade press.
* Maintain up-to-date database of public relations contacts and of external suppliers.
* Development of brochure in Bahasa Indonesia
* Development of new customer education booklet which will be in dual language (English & Bahasa Indonesia)
* Create inventory of and review marketing collateral (posters, pull-up banners, brochures, brochure holders, etc.) in top hospitals
* Analysis of existing clients
* Recommendation on how to drive quality leads generation from platforms that are outside the top hospitals
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing or relevant disciplines
* At least 2 years in the same capacity. Relevant marketing experience within the retail, FMCG, hospitality sector is preferred.
* Ability to think out-of-the-box
* Strong above and below-in-line marketing experience
* Good organizational and planning abilities
* Highly motivated, dynamic and creative
* Good conceptual capability
* Pleasant disposition, has initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Good presentation skills
