Job Opportunity : HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT GENERAL MANAGER (HGM – 11)

REQUIREMENTS :

* Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree and or Master's Degree, fluently in spoken and & written English
* At least 3 (three) years experience in the same position or 9 (nine) years in managerial level in palm oil plantation (preferable)
* Having experience working with multinational companies is advantage
* Have knowledge and skills to handle Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Training and people development area
* Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities, good interpersonal and communication skills to people at all level of the organization , honest, target oriented, and high analytical skill
* Able to maintain good relationship with the other related party
* Honest, discipline, well-mannered
* Willing to travel
